I was born in Darwin, Australia and took my first steps in the path of yoga in 1986. For many years I explored some of the most famous systems in yoga – Sivananda, Yoga Works and Prana Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea.
In 2002 I was fortunate enough to come across Iyengar yoga and since then I have been a dedicated practitioner and teacher. I have participated in many seminars with certified Iyengar yoga teachers: Penny Chaplin, Pam Buttler, Eyal Shifroni, Carrie Owerko, Ephrat Michelson and Shiv Sharma to name just a few. I began to teach in 2005 in gyms and studios while in 2010 I opened my own studio. That same year I did a GroovyKids teacher training course with Greville Henwood.
Also from 2003 up to 2011 I was the foundress and owner of yogaonline.gr, the first online yoga magazine in Greece.
Today, I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher (Level 3) and I publish articles about yoga in the Greek version of “Huffington Post” and another Free Press health magazine called “Natura NRG”.

Born in Ioannina in 1982, I studied law and worked for 7 years as a lawyer. Yoga accidentally entered my life in 2007 and literally changed it. After many years of personal practice, I traveled to India to gain knowledge from the place where yoga was born.
I hold a 500h diploma in ashtanga-vinyasa yoga from the famous Sampoorna school in Goa, India, certified by the Yoga Alliance, and along with yoga I hold a certification in Thai Massage from the ITM school in Thailand. Having 9 years of teaching experience, I try to impart my knowledge in the subject I love, following the advice of my teachers through my personal way of teaching.
