Participants are asked to control the pace of movement and the quality of breathing. &nbsp;Asanas are executed either in a repetitive or a prolonged manner to strengthen and develop awareness of the physical body and more. Equipment (props) is used and pranayama exercises (breathing control) and relaxation techniques are learnt. It is suitable for people with low to moderate physical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Easy Flow Yoga<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/mark>: <\/mark><\/strong>It is aimed at Yoga students who want to further develop their practice. It is necessary for participants to have knowledge of basic ASANAS, as well as their basic technical execution. In addition, basic respiratory control for the various types of breathing (diaphragmatic-lateral-thoracic-complete) is required. This will be the foundation that allows us to experiment with different variations of basic ASANAS organized in sequences that will further challenge participants, increasing strength and flexibility of the muscles and tendons. ASANAS that seem difficult, are rationalized and after proper preparation and adaptation are executed. Bioenergy control (PRANA) techniques are taught through respiratory exercises (PRANAYAMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>\u0399yengar Yog<strong>a<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/mark> \u0399yengar yoga was developed through the pioneering work of B.K.S. Iyengar, who developed the classical yoga asanas (postures), from their original Indian \u201cmystical\u201d character &#8211; and by using props &#8211; made them more suitable for western practitioners, who typically seek a clear understanding of what transpires during the practice of an asana. Our typical Iyengar yoga class focuses on the precision and detail of the movements, on the correct alignment of the asanas, and on breath awareness within each asana to allow us to delve deeper in the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><strong>Vinyasa Flow <\/strong>Yog<strong>a<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/mark> \u0399n Vinyasa flow yoga we combine the flow of body movement with our breath. The classes are aimed at all practitioners, beginners and more advanced, and aim to increase the flexibility of the trunk and at the same time strengthen the body. In each practice we focus our attention on specific and different muscle groups each time (e.g. trunk stretches to the back, hip opening, handstands) in order to work the whole body. The pace of the classes is slightly faster than hatha yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Gentle Yoga : <\/mark><\/strong>This practice is aimed at beginners, older practitioners, as well as at people who have not had exercise for a long time. Here we will be introducing basic yoga principles and how to practically apply them. A useful practice also for those who want a gentle, therapeutic approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Aerial Workout : <\/mark><\/strong>A playful and challenging practice where participants use a special type of \u201chammock\u201d or \u201cswing\u201d and it is based on the principles of yoga and pilates. Part of the course is dedicated to learning sequential exercises, creating imaginative choreographies. The weight of the body is used and it allows participants to benefit from a total-body workout. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#949592\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Pilates Mat &amp; Props : <\/mark><\/strong>Classes that focus on understanding the method and the principles that govern it, while offering its participants strength and flexibility. (In addition to body weight exercises we also use small-sized equipment called props such as miniballs, fitballs, flexbands, rings, toning balls and weights.
